Umbrella of Hope Counseling Services shall promote the dignity and wellbeing of those seeking help for emotional, mental, physical, and social barriers that have limited daily ability to function.  

   These rights and uniqueness of all individuals will be served in an environment that promotes respect for all consumers in the least restrictive community setting. Our mission is to inspire hope and recovery to those needing relief from mental disabilities.
